I did changing progressive to bucket rendering on IPR, as I saw it is suggested a lot on forums with renering discrepancy problems. I attached images of the shader nodes with png sequence animations settings(yes, all frame and fps settings are correct), redshift settings, and the results of the exact same frame rendered by ipr and picture viewer. As soon as I render the same frame on the picture viewer the logo actually is ahead of the laser.
It actually worked out like a freaking charm if it was not for the fact that it only actually works on the Redshift IPR. If asked if the app can make changes to the device, press Yes.
